1. How do you make a rendering from my blueprint?

Answer: Renderings are made by first "modeling" or "drawing" your building using 3d geometry. Using reference images that you supply, we are able to recreate your building in 3d. The reference images that we use can be blueprints, CAD files, PDF files, pictures or even sketches.

2. Which programs do you use?

Answer: 3D Renderings are made using our latest 3d modeling software. We primarily use Maya, Photoshop, CorelDraw and Illustrator.

3. Can I make brochures or signs with the renderings?
Answer: Yes,after the renderings are completed you are given the artwork in digital file format where you can use it for printing, signage, online,etc.

4. Is it expensive?
Answer: You may be surprised how affordable that it really is. Quotes are based on how large your building is ( in square feet ). And on complexity. The bottom line is a sold home, 3d rendering helps to accomplish that.

5. How long does it take?
Answer: It depends on how busy we are. But once we start, we can have your rendering in a matter of days. For special cicumstances we can do a special rush.
